This year Lithuania celebrates a Century of the Restoration of the State.
For this special occasion our restaurant has presented for our guests 12 seasonal menus. It was our creative interpretations of the 19th century cookbook “Kucharka Litewska” written by Vincentyna Zawadzka.
For this very special dinner of the year, we invite you to discover the best of the best! On this menu you will find traditional Lithuanian dishes such as beetroot soup, mackerel with potato and pickled cucumbers paired together with 19th century french cuisine footprints found in local Vilnius bourgeoisie like duck terrine, crepes or foie gras. On this menu this palette of what it seems „plain“ flavors are going to shown in a new light of modern gastronomy.
